Lightweight Add-on
Aerio Mesh is able to latch onto bulletproof vests already in use, weighing less than 1 kg in total. Operators can observe negligible change in mobility.

Bulletproof vests protect lives, stopping fatal bullets from penetrating vital organs, but they also trap heat, restrict airflow, and accelerate fatigue. In hot climates, prolonged wear can reduce mobility, concentration, and operational endurance.
Aerio Mesh was built to solve this problem while adhering to the operational needs of those wearing bulletproof vests.
A structured airflow mesh creates breathing space between the body and protective gear, while integrated low-profile fans circulate air across high-heat zones under the vest.
This creates an isothermal environment for vest wearers, improving comfort and endurance.

Under 80% humidity and 30 °C ambient conditions, both tests began at 34°C. The control condition kept rising, while Aerio Mesh peaked briefly before dropping as airflow and sweat evaporation increased cooling.

Aerio Mesh reduced temperatures by around 4°C lower than the control reading.

Aerio Mesh is able to latch onto bulletproof vests already in use, weighing less than 1 kg in total. Operators can observe negligible change in mobility.
Aerio Mesh is designed to operate for 8 hours under default use cases like patrols, with runtime extendable up to 40 hours depending on operational requirements.
Aerio Mesh operates with low noise under 40 dB, staying inaudible in outdoor areas and equivalent to ambient noise indoors.
Aerio Mesh fits cleanly beneath the outer vest, with only a 5 cm visible footprint, preventing hindrance to mobility and allowing operators to comfortably sit and run.
Every component of Aerio Mesh was selected for mobility, comfort, and maintainability. Built to operate under demanding field conditions.
Lab tests are verified by governmental agencies.
