Ventilation Where It Matters Most

A structured airflow mesh creates breathing space between the body and protective gear, while integrated low-profile fans circulate air across high-heat zones under the vest.

This creates an isothermal environment for vest wearers, improving comfort and endurance.

Validated Under Stress

Under 80% humidity and 30 °C ambient conditions, both tests began at 34°C. The control condition kept rising, while Aerio Mesh peaked briefly before dropping as airflow and sweat evaporation increased cooling.

Operational Runtime

Aerio Mesh is designed to operate for 8 hours under default use cases like patrols, with runtime extendable up to 40 hours depending on operational requirements.

Low Noise Operation

Aerio Mesh operates with low noise under 40 dB, staying inaudible in outdoor areas and equivalent to ambient noise indoors.

Concealed Integration

Aerio Mesh fits cleanly beneath the outer vest, with only a 5 cm visible footprint, preventing hindrance to mobility and allowing operators to comfortably sit and run.
